Mingus Springs Charter School has been approved to participate in The National School Lunch Program. This program is federally subsidized program that is designed to enable qualifying children to receive free or reduced price meals. Following the guidelines set by the National School Lunch Program a family may qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Applications are available in the office or may be obtained by calling 928-636-4766. Please carefully read the information and evaluate the income chart. Whether or not you desire to participate in the free or reduced meals program we strongly urge you to complete the application to assist our school in qualifying for enhancement reading and math programs. All of the information contained in the application is kept strictly confidential. Thank you for taking the time to complete the form. Please know that if at anytime during the school year something in your situation changes you may re-file a new application.

2010-2011 Full Price Lunch $2.35: Reduced Lunch $.40. Meal tickets are sold in the office before school starts and in the after 2:30 each afternoon. Tickets are for 10 meals, a lunch ticket will cost $23.50 (paid) or $4.00 (reduced). When purchasing tickets please send the correct denomination for bookkeeping purposes. Milk costs $.40 each and a ticket for 10 milks may be purchased for $4.00.
